We at Jai Bharat have certain views regarding the way of living a happy, relaxed and strong life in this period. The motto of KARTIK is “transcending the self…..serving humanity” and in order to achieve this one must be strong enough at personal level. It is only then one can do something beyond the scope.
We can divide human development into 2 levels:
Internal development (Physical + Emotional and Mental + Spiritual)
External development (Social + Economical)
1) Physical
It is said that “A HEALTHY MIND CAN RESIDE ONLY IN A HEALTHY BODY”.
A person can cope up with most of his problems if he is physically strong. The best friend of anyone can only be himself. In order to achieve this we need not require any help from others but the only way to achieve this is to keep a strong watch on yourself i.e. your activities, food habits, physical work etc and judge what is positive or negative for you. Then adapt the positives and leave negatives step by step.
2) Emotional and Mental
Human beings are the most emotional and to have control over them is toughest. But still one has to imbibe the habit of being logical and practical and attach their emotions to the minimum. No one can predict the future and also it is not in control of anyone, so it will be better to concentrate on the present and put 100% in the present with a little consideration of its results in future. One must also devote some time for hobbies as it relaxes your mind.
3) Social + Relationship Management
Human is a social animal and can’t live at all if abandoned from society. To have a good social circle is the need and in order to achieve this not only include in your social circle those who praise you but give preference to those who criticize as they help you indirectly to remove your shortcomings and get a strong hold on society.
4) Economical
The person must be strong financially; it does not maintain a good bank balance but only to maintain a good balance between earnings and expenses.
5) Spiritual
Being spiritual doesn’t mean performing rituals laid by our dharma. It doesn’t means to pray God only to avoid the fruit of your bad karmas. But the reality is to welcome everything whether good or bad. Love God, as he doesn’t require the rituals but He requires our self. Be selfless because it’s only then you can realize the truth of being spiritual.
