Tech Mahindra has launched YANTR.AI – a transformational cognitive Artificial Intelligence (AI) solution to enhance and simplify field services.
It will expand Tech Mahindra’s BPaaS (Business Process as a Service) portfolio and give organizations with actionable information for enhanced field service planning and execution.
YANTR.AI is intended to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and workflow control by merging advanced analytics, AI, ML, and optimization with people to hyper-automate field activities, hence increasing cost efficiency and customer experience. The solution will provide end-to-end visibility and recommendations to strengthen fieldwork planning and appropriately address the demand and supply chain. It can also help customers discover lags & opportunities and strategize efforts in the right direction to create a flawless field ecosystem.
This solution will enable Tech Mahindra’s customers to address the full spectrum of field services needs, including increased technician productivity, improved Service-Level Agreements (SLA), and reduced unmet demands across industries such as telecommunications, utilities, oil and gas, retail, and others.
