Ahmedabad: The government of Gujarat recently transferred and posted three IAS officers. IAS officer Dhananjay Dwivedi, from the 1998-batch, who has been serving as the Principal Secretary of the Narmada, Water Resources, Water Supply, and Kalpsar Department, will assume the role of Principal Secretary of the Health and Family Welfare Department, succeeding Manoj Aggarwal, who is due to retire on October 31.
IAS officer Shahmeena Husain, currently the Commissioner of Health, Medical Services, and Medical Education, will take on the position of Principal Secretary in the Narmada Water Resources, Water Supply, and Kalpsar department.
IAS officer Harshad Patel, currently the Commissioner of Youth and Cultural Activities, will now serve as the new Commissioner of Health. Meanwhile, IAS officer Alok Kumar Pandey, the Commissioner of Relief in the revenue department, will temporarily assume Harshad Patel’s previous responsibilities.
