Agra: Lords Mark Industries Ltd, manufacturer of IVD products, has announced the inauguration of the E Smart Clinic in Anwal Khera village, Agra, Uttar Pradesh. The clinic is part of the Unnat Bharat Abhiyan, a national programme initiated by the Government of India and implemented by the FIIT (Foundation for Innovation and Technology Transfer) within IIT Delhi.
The project aims at the development of healthcare infrastructure by redefining healthcare accessible throughout the region. The E-Smart Clinic initiative was previously introduced by the corporation in Haridwar, Uttarakhand. By making the E-Smart Clinic portable and movable, Lords Mark Industries plans to increase its nationwide reach while maintaining accessibility and convenience. The goal of the program is to offer patients testing and consulting services for a modest fee of less than Rs. 1000. In all of India, the business intends to set up about 16,000 E-Smart Clinics.
The company said that the partnership between FIIT and Unnat Bharat Abhiyan is a significant step towards democratising healthcare technology and innovation, with the potential to positively impact millions of lives throughout India.
