Noida: RLG by Reconomy has appointed Suruchi Bhatia as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of the company. Bhatia will be responsible for the internal talent pipeline development and culture transformation at RLG in her new position. RLG is a member of Reconomy, an international circular economy specialist that integrates technology, skills, and exceptional individuals to establish sustainability “Loops” that generate circular opportunities for businesses.
Bhatia will prioritize the development of the company culture and the establishment of RLG as an Employer of Choice, as per a statement from RLG. Suruchi Bhatia declared, “My primary objective is to establish the organization as an Employer of Choice by capitalizing on the strengths of the Reconomy brand.” Bhatia served as the Lead – HR Business Partner and CoE – Performance Management Systems at Azure Power India before her employment with RLG.
She has also held positions at Mawana Sugars, Camfil Air Filtration, Omax Autos, and ASA Industries. In 2005, Bhatia commenced her professional journey at IFFCO TOKIO. She holds a BTech in Electrical Engineering from Punjab Technical University and an MBA from the University Business School of Panjab University.
