Mumbai: Wavar, an Agritech startup, has announced the expansion of its Integrated Pest Management (IPM) solutions to over 50 Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) across Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh (MP), Karnataka, and Gujarat.
Wavar offers a complete IPM implementation model customized to the unique needs of FPOs, providing flexible and crop-specific solutions. The company’s IPM service has helped FPOs build sustainable farming businesses, reduce input costs, and improve crop quality. This collaboration between Wafar and FPOs aims to ensure that farmers not just only grow low-residue crops but also enhance their profitability by reducing the cost of cultivation and pest control strategies.
