Raipur: In a minor bureaucratic reshuffle, the government of Chhattisgarh has mandated transfers and fresh postings of 7 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) Officers.
As per the official orders, IAS Priyanka Shuka (2009 batch) has been appointed as the Commissioner-cum-Director of Health Services. She has also been assigned the additional charge as the Secretary of the Health and Family Welfare Department. Shukla previously served as the Director of Veterinary Services with an additional role as the Director of Technical Education, Employment & Training.

IAS Sanjeev Kumar Jha (2011 batch), currently the Director of Samagra Shiksha and holding an additional charge as Director of Civil Aviation, has now been given the additional responsibility of Managing Director, Text Book Corporation.

IAS Remejeus Ekka (2011 batch), Collector of Balrampur-Ramanujganj, has been reappointed as the Director of Veterinary Services, with an additional charge as Special Secretary in the Urban Administration & Development Department.

IAS Divya Umesh Mishra (2012 batch) will continue as Director of Public Instruction and has been given additional duties as Director of the State Council of Educational Research and Mission Director of the State Literacy Mission.

IAS Jagdish Sonkar (2013 batch), previously serving as Joint Secretary in the Ministry, has been assigned the role of Mission Director of the National Higher Education Mission.

IAS Rajendra Kumar Katara (2013 batch), who formerly held multiple roles including Director of the State Council of Educational Research, Mission Director of the State Literacy Mission, Mission Director of the National Higher Education Mission, and Managing Director of the Text Book Corporation, has now been made the Collector of Balrampur-Ramanujganj.
