Kolkata: Senco Gold & Diamonds has appointed Samrat Banerjee as its new Head of Talent Acquisition. He will focus on improving recruitment efforts and strengthening the company’s hiring strategies. Banerjee brings a wealth of HR experience from industries like manufacturing, BFSI, retail, and FMCD.
Before joining Senco, he worked as Regional HR Manager at Merino Group, handling HR operations in the eastern region. He has also held talent acquisition roles at OYO and worked in regional HR management at Videocon Telecommunications Ltd. Additionally, he managed HR functions for West Bengal and Orissa at IndusInd Bank.
Banerjee’s expertise spans workforce planning, change management, and boosting employee engagement. At Senco, he aims to use his skills to enhance hiring processes and support the company’s growth, focusing on building a strong, diverse workforce.
