Bhopal: In a minor bureaucratic reshuffle, the central government has assigned new posts to three IAS officers of the Madhya Pradesh cadre.
According to an order by the Union Ministry of Personnel and Training, IAS Akash Tripathi (1998 batch) has been appointed Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Energy. Tripathi previously served as Indore Collector and held other key roles including Deputy Secretary and Secretary in multiple departments. Since October 2022, he has been the CEO of MyGov under the Ministry of Electronics and Communication.
IAS Faiz Ahmed Kidwai, presently the Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, will take upon his new role at the Centre as the Additional Secretary of the Ministry of Civil Aviation.
Besides this, IAS Ruhi Khan (2013 batch), presently serving as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare in Delhi, has been granted permission to return to her parent cadre in Madhya Pradesh due to personal reasons.
