Chandigarh: In a significant administrative reshuffle, the Punjab government has announced the transfer and fresh postings of eight Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers. The move aims to enhance governance efficiency and streamline administration across the state.
According to the official order, IAS Poonamdeep Kaur (2013 batch) has been appointed as the new Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Faridkot, replacing IAS Vineet Kumar (2012 batch), who has been assigned a new role as the Managing Director of Punjab State Warehousing Corporation.
