Mumbai: The Maharashtra government transferred eight Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers, including IAS Naval Kishore Ram,  impacting key administrative positions across the state.

The move, described as part of routine administrative realignment, includes significant changes in leadership roles across urban governance, district administration and state-level departments.

According to the official notification, IAS Naval Kishore Ram (2008 batch) has been appointed as the new Municipal Commissioner of Pune Municipal Corporation, replacing IAS Rajendra Bhosale. Ram is known for his expertise in urban planning and governance.
