Jaipur: Public sector lender Punjab National Bank (PNB) has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Rajasthan government to support financial inclusion and development projects aligned with the state’s growth agenda.
The agreement, signed under the state’s Rising Rajasthan initiative, seeks to create a structured framework for financing eligible projects that contribute to Rajasthan’s ambitious development goals. The collaboration also reinforces PNB’s commitment to advancing socio-economic progress across the country.
The MoU was formalized in the presence of the Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Bhajan Lal Sharma; Vaibhav Galriya, Principal Secretary (Finance), Government of Rajasthan; and Ashok Chandra, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Punjab National Bank.
Through this partnership, PNB aims to leverage its financial expertise and reach to accelerate the state’s growth trajectory, while the Rajasthan government looks to foster greater participation from institutions in driving inclusive development.
