Chandigarh: In a significant administrative reshuffle, the Haryana government has appointed IAS Satyender Duhan as the Additional Secretary of the Skill Development and Industrial Training Department.
Duhan has also been appointed as the Director of the department. In these roles, he replaces IAS Vandana Disodia (2018 batch).
Duhan previously served as the Additional Director (Administration) of the Haryana Development and Panchayats Department and the Haryana State Food Commission.
Duhan is a 2018 batch officer of the Haryana cadre. He has previously served in many other roles, including General Manager of Haryana Roadways, Sub Divisional Magistrate of Jhajjar and Gurugram, and Estate Officer, Haryana Urban Development Authority.
