Noida, July 16 (APAC Media): Wipro Ltd on Thursday reported a 1% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit at Rs 3,563 crore for the June quarter, compared with Rs 3,365 crore in the corresponding period a year ago.
Revenue from the company’s IT Services segment stood at $2.61 billion, down 1.4% from the previous quarter but up 1% compared with the same period last year. On a non-GAAP constant-currency basis, IT services revenue declined 1.2% quarter-on-quarter while growing 0.9% year-on-year.

Wipro Ltd. reported a gross revenue of ₹244.8 billion ($2.59 billion) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, marking a 1% increase sequentially and a 10.6% rise year-on-year.
Total bookings during the quarter were at $3.37 billion, a 2.4% sequential decline in constant currency terms. However, large deal bookings increased 12.9% sequentially to $1.63 billion on a constant currency basis.
Wipro’s IT Services operating margin stood at 16% in the June quarter, down 1.3 percentage points from the previous quarter and 1.2 percentage points from a year ago.
Net income for the quarter was ₹33.6 billion ($354.6 million), declining 4.7% sequentially while remaining largely flat year-on-year with a 0.6% increase. Earnings per share stood at ₹3.20 ($0.03), down 4.2% quarter-on-quarter and up 0.6% year-on-year.

Operating cash flows were reported at ₹32.9 billion ($348 million), representing a 3.6% sequential increase and 98% of net income for the quarter.
Voluntary attrition on a trailing 12-month basis stood at 13.9%.
The company’s board declared an interim dividend of ₹2 per equity share and ADS.
For the quarter ending September 30, 2026, Wipro expects IT services revenue to be in the range of $2.57 billion to $2.63 billion, indicating a sequential constant currency growth outlook of -1.5% to +0.5%.
