New Delhi, August 19(APAC Media): Swiggy has elevated Nitesh Garg to Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Instamart, giving him a wider role across the quick-commerce platform’s technology and engineering functions.

Garg has been closely involved with Instamart’s engineering function. His work has included building technology for the consumer platform as well as systems covering advertising, pricing, discounts and product catalogues.
His expanded mandate puts technology and engineering under one leadership role as Instamart works to manage growing operational complexity across its quick-commerce business.
Nitesh Garg’s Swiggy Career
Garg has held engineering leadership positions at Swiggy for several years. Swiggy’s own technology blog previously identified him as Senior Vice President for Instamart and Central Growth Engineering.
Before joining Swiggy, Garg held engineering roles at Practo and InMobi. Earlier in his career, he worked with Oracle, Summa Technologies, Deloitte Consulting and WiredTime.com. His experience spans engineering management, technology strategy, platform development and scalable architecture.
