Reports suggest that in the last 6 years in India alone, more than 3 Lacs cyber security incidents have taken place in government-related organizations and data shows that global cybercrime damage cost stands at $6 trillion USD a year. It is time for a master plan for a national cyber security preparedness framework to tackle the onslaught of cybercrimes and for that orchestrating strategies, policy actions, national efforts, industry capabilities and innovation is the need of the hour.

In order to address these challenges, APAC News Network is organising the National Cloud & Cyber Security Summit being hosted by the Department of Science & Technology, Government of Madhya Pradesh and ‘Madhya Pradesh State Electronics Development Corporation (MPSeDC) to discuss various aspects of cloud and cyber security with a special focus on the importance of AI and Emerging Technologies. on 21st November 2023 in Courtyard by Marriott, Bhopal.

The event will bring together policymakers, global thought leaders, cyber security experts, cyber security professionals, cyber security industry leaders and CIOs, and CISOs from PSUs and tech companies. The aim of the conference is to discuss various challenges of securing cloud and cyberspace in the changing landscape and how AI-like emerging technologies, coupled with policy innovation can counter the challenges of cyber threats.
