Lucknow: In a significant administrative reshuffle, the Uttar Pradesh government has transferred 11 senior Indian Police Service (IPS) officers across the state. The latest round of postings aims to strengthen law enforcement leadership in key regions. According to the official notification, IPS Tarun Gauba (2001 batch), presently Police Commissioner, Prayagraj Commissionerate, is transferred and appointed as Inspector General of Police (IG) – Lucknow Range, Lucknow, UP Police.
