APAC News Network is pleased to announce ‘APAC PharmaTech Innovation Conclave - Restrategising Pharma Industry in the New World Order’ to be held virtually on May 12, 2021. The one-day event is organised with an objective to provide a platform for exchange of ideas on the state of affairs and the way forward.
India plays a major role in the pharmaceutical world and is the connoisseur of all eyes. The low cost of production makes India a favourite choice. The conclave aims to bring together leaders to discuss government policies, technology trends, innovation, supply chain management strategies and how to make India emerge as a world leader.
The Covid-19 pandemic has crippled all sectors and the pharmaceutical industry too had to face the brunt. Supply chains have been affected; the conclave looks to address this issue with leaders sharing their opinion. Digitisation of pharma offers an opportunity to reduce cost and improve efficiency. Physicians are digitally driven and their engagement with the pharma industry becomes necessary.
R&D and innovation is of paramount importance-mapping the research landscape is the need of the hour. With the Government keen on self-reliance and ‘Make in India’ the slogan for the future, a panel discussion on government policy would be one of the focus areas of the conclave.
Leveraging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) and Blockchain are imperative and are to play a major role in the future of the pharmaceutical industry.
