Skilling equipped with an entrepreneurial mind set is the way to move forward to build an effective employment ecosystem and this conclave will discuss various aspects of that through various sessions.
On the other hand, Kerala has set the benchmark high when it comes to skilling and labour reforms. The State Government on the labour front has restored confidence among the members of the labour force about the intentions and ability of the government to restore their livelihood. Over the years the government started right earnest in reopening locked out factories, helping loss-making industrial units to run profitably and opening up plantations that were closed. While all these achievements were made, the government took care that the welfare of labour was protected and preserved. This has created an august atmosphere in the State that enables an entrepreneur to start his venture in any sphere of Kerala's economy. At the same time Kerala has been in the forefront of leveraging digital interventions to bring transformation to the skill sector.
The one day virtual 'National Skill & Entrepreneurship Innovation Conclave' will highlight the initiatives of the State Government in this prestigious national knowledge sharing platform in which best practices of skill development, innovation and entrepreneurship encouragement will also be discussed.
