New Delhi: IAS officer R Menaka has been appointed Special Secretary of Finance, Government of Delhi. Menaka is from the 2011 batch, belonging to the Arunachal Pradesh-Goa-Mizoram and Union Territory (AGMUT) cadre.
She has been serving has the Deputy Commissioner (North), Revenue Department, along with holding an additional charge of Deputy Commissioner (Headquarters) Revenue Department, Government of India.
