New Delhi: The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has carried out a major administrative reshuffle in the AGMUT cadre, impacting several senior IAS officers across Goa, Arunachal Pradesh, Ladakh, Delhi, and other Union Territories. IAS Sanjeev Ahuja has been transferred from Goa to Delhi.
The move is part of a routine exercise aimed at strengthening governance and ensuring balanced administrative exposure for officers across regions.
Other key IAS transfers under the reshuffle are as follows:
IAS Michael D’Souza transferred to Goa from Ladakh
IAS Nikhil Dessai posted to Goa from Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu
IAS Ankita Mishra moved from Goa to Arunachal Pradesh
Officials said the new postings are expected to enhance administrative efficiency, with officers bringing diverse experience from their earlier roles across different regions of the country.
