Lucknow: In yet another bureaucratic rejig, the Uttar Pradesh government announced a reshuffle of 40 senior IAS officers. IAS officer Prathamesh Kumar who has been named new special secretary to chief minister and Anita Meshram who is appointed as chief staff officer of chief secretary.
Senior IAS officer V Hekali Zhimomi has been appointed as new principal secretary for child development and nutrition and Badaun DM Kumar Prashant has been deployed as special secretary (home).
IAS officer Anjani Kumar Singh has been named director, mandi, Dinesh Chand is posted as special secretary, culture. Further while Ashutosh Niranjan will be new DM Deoria and Deepa Ranjan will be DM Badaun, Shubhrant Shukla will be DM Chitrakoot, Ravindra Mandar will be DM Rampur and Jitendra Kumar Singh is deployed as DM Kanpur Dehat.
Devendra Kushwaha who has been posted as special secretary APC and Vipin Jain who is elevated as joint MD of Jal Nigam. IAS officer Krishna Kumar Gupta has been appointed as joint state election officer and Dr Vijay Kumar Singh is posted as rajya sampatti adhikari.
Bareilly divisional commissioner Ranvir Prasad has been shifted as relief commissioner, IAS officer Pankaj Kumar, principal staff officer, chief secretary, is named as new MD of UPPCL.
Moradabad commissioner Virendra Kumar Singh has been posted as MD PCDF. Chitrakoot DM Shesh Mani Pandey will now work as special secretary, handloom. IAS officer Prem Prakash Meena, special secretary, labour, will be the new joint magistrate of Chandauli. Krishna Kumar, who was additional IG stamp and registration, is named special secretary APC and has been replaced by PC Srivastava.
