Vijayawada: Schools reopen in Andhra Pradesh. Following directions from AP State School Education Department, both government and private schools reopened for physical classes on Monday after three months. However, the student turnout has recorded to be dull amid the fears of third wave of COVID-19.
Special orders were issued to the school management to provide free education to students, who lost their parents to Corona pandemic. Not just education but also to provide necessary books, uniforms and shoes to the students.
Meanwhile, parents call for continuing the 30 per cent student fee waiver that was issued due to pandemic. The AP School Education Department is yet to take a call on it.
