Worldline India has announced the launch of Paytech Pioneer Program to on-board some of India’s best Engineering Talent from college campuses across the country.
Worldline India intends to recruit over 200 Trainee Engineers in its Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, and Chennai offices in the 2023 batch, with a goal of increasing the head count to 3000 in three years. New joiners will embark on a three-year transformational journey from fresh graduates to full stack developers, with on-the-job training in languages such as Java, Dot Net, C++, Testing, PHP, Python, MYSQL, and Postgres, among others. Furthermore, Paytech Pioneers will be responsible for key tasks such as executing the full software development life cycle, gathering requirements, documenting and proposing solutions, maintaining code quality, reliability, and redundancy, troubleshooting, debugging, and enhancing existing systems.

Beginning in September, Worldline India will visit colleges for pre-placement discussions. Fresh graduates will be evaluated through three rounds of selection, including an online test, aptitude and logical evaluation, and technical managerial aptitude and skills. Candidates with a BE/B Tech – CS/IT with a CGPA of 6 or higher until the final semester and 70 percent or higher in 10th and 12th will be considered for the qualifying rounds. Worldline India intends to hire paytech pioneers as interns in January 2023 and as Worldliners in July 2023.
