New Delhi: 1996-batch IAS officer A Anbarasu will take over as principal secretary in the Public Works Department (PWD) iin Delhi with the additional charge of the department of trade and taxes. Till the time he assumes charge, Manish Kumar Gupta, who was recently appointed as additional chief secretary in land and building department, will also oversee PWD.
AC Verma, principal secretary of finance, will look after the office of principal secretary of trade and taxes as additional charge.These are part of a bureaucratic reshuffle in Delhi involving transfers and postings of 17 IAS and three DANICS officers.
Other transfers included S B Deepak Kumar, commissioner of trade and taxes, who has been transferred to the health and family welfare department as secretary.
H P S Sharan, posted as additional IG Prisons, has been posted as secretary (public grievance commission) but will continue to hold the additional charge of prisons. Vijendra Singh Rawat, posted as special secretary, health and family welfare, has now been transferred as special commissioner (transport). Pooja Joshi, who was serving as director, social welfare, will now join as special secretary (finance) and has been given the additional charge of secretary, DDDC, held by SB Deepak Kumar till now.
Joshi was replaced by Anjali Sehrawat, who was posted as deputy commissioner in MCD. Indu Shekhar Mishra, special commissioner (trade and tax), will be serving as director (panchayat).
