Patna: The Government of Bihar on Sunday posted 8 IPS and BPS (Bihar Police Service) officers at new places. Their names are as follows:
Sudhir Kumar Porika, a 2010 batch IPS officer who was awaiting posting at the Bihar Police Headquarters, has been made the Superintendent of Police, Special Branch in place of Deepak Baranwal.
2019 batch IPS officer Awadhesh Dixit, who was the Sub-Divisional Police Officer of Paliganj, has now been made Assistant Superintendent of Police (City) of Muzaffarpur.
Bihar Police Service officer Manoj Kumar Pandey, who was till now Deputy Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur East, has been given the responsibility of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Bihar Special Armed Police 12 Bhimnagar Supaul.
Bihar Police Service officer Raghav Dayal, who has been promoted from Inspector of Police, has now been given the responsibility of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Bihar Special Armed Police, 11 Jamui in place of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur City.
Shaharyar Akhtar, a Bihar Police Service officer who was the Deputy Superintendent of Police, SDRF Bihar, will now be the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur East. Bihar Police Service officer Pritam Kumar, who was Deputy Superintendent of Police, Economic Offenses Wing, Bihar, will now be the Sub-Divisional Police Officer of Paliganj, Patna.
Promoted from Police Inspector to Bihar Police Service officer Aman Kumar, who was till now the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Special Task Force Bihar, will now be the Deputy Superintendent of Police, SDRF Bihar.
