Bhopal: As part of the ongoing administrative reshuffle within the state police force, the Madhya Pradesh government has issued transfers and fresh posting orders of three Indian Police Service (IPS) officers. According to the official notification, IPS Priyanka Shukla (2019 batch) has been appointed Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIG) at the Bhopal Police Headquarters (PHQ).Â
Shukla previously served as the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) in Bhopal’s Urban Police Zone-1.
The details of the other two transfers are as follows:
- IPS Shashank (2019 batch) has been made DCP for Bhopal Zone-1. He was previously serving as Assistant to the Governor.
- Meanwhile, IPS Narra Rawat (2021 batch) has taken charge as Assistant to the Governor. Before this, he served as the Additional Superintendent of Police in Khargone district.
