Greater Noida, Apr 3 (APAC Media): Greater Noida is set to witness a major boost in its infrastructure and business landscape as the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) has approved a series of new development projects across the state.Â
Among the 11 residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects cleared in nine districts, a significant IT project worth Rs. 843.14 crore will be established in Greater Noida.
The upcoming IT hub will feature 1,077 office units, aimed at strengthening the region’s corporate ecosystem and positioning Greater Noida as a key business destination. Officials believe the project will not only attract investment but also generate substantial employment opportunities.
In total, the approved projects represent an investment of Rs. 3,212.63 crore and will lead to the development of 2,914 residential, commercial, and mixed-use units across Uttar Pradesh. Ghaziabad will receive the highest investment, with Rs. 1,108.69 crore allocated to a residential project comprising 568 flats. Meanwhile, Lucknow will host the costliest single project at Rs. 947.04 crore, delivering 815 units.
Other districts are also set to benefit. Jhansi will see two residential and mixed-use projects worth Rs. 96.69 crore. In Agra, Mathura, and Meerut, smaller residential developments will add a combined total of over 200 flats. Bareilly and Firozabad will also witness new housing projects aimed at improving local infrastructure.
UP RERA Chairman Sanjay Bhoosreddy emphasised that all projects will strictly adhere to regulatory norms and timelines. Authorities have assured close monitoring to ensure timely completion of the projects.
