Faridabad – Goodyear India, is supporting Asian Institute of Medical Sciences, Faridabad as part of their annual CSR initiative by providing high-grade radiology equipment to the Radiology Department at the facility. This initiative aims at strengthening the hospital infrastructure by providing access to advanced medical facilities and radiology services.
Under this initiative, Goodyear India has donated medical equipment to the Radiology Department including the Affiniti 70 Ultrasound System (Radiology), Affiniti 70 Ultrasound /Echocardiography System (Echo Machine) and FDR Smart f (Digital Radiography X-Ray). As a part of its community-focused endeavor, the equipment provided by Goodyear India will help in upgrading the radiology services in the hospital which will further improve the accuracy of diagnosis, therefore allowing for better medical care.
The inauguration ceremony of the initiative was held today at the hospital premises keeping all COVID-19 protocols in mind. Mr. Sudhir Mahendra, Manufacturing Director Ballabgarh; Mr. Yogesh Kumar Gupta, Plant Head HR Ballabgarh; Ms. Varsha Jain Chaudhary, Legal Head and Compliance, Goodyear India; Padmashri Dr. N.K. Pandey, Chairman & Managing Director AIMS, Faridabad; Dr. Prashant Pandey, Medical Director, AIMS, Faridabad; Mr. Anupam Pandey, Admin and Purchase Director, AIMS, Faridabad; Dr. Ramesh Chandana, Quality and Blood Bank, AIMS, Faridabad Chairman Dr. Gur Prasad Vashishtha, Director Imaging and Radiology, AIMS Faridabad; Dr. P.S. Ahuja. PHC and Corporate Relation Director, AIMS Faridabad and Mr. S.K. Jha Group Head Marketing, AIMS Faridabad were present at the ceremony along with other key stakeholders. Dr. Asim Das, Dean, ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Faridabad graced the event as the chief guest.
