Mumbai: AI-powered Strategic Response Management firm Responsive has announced the appointment of Shankha Sen as its first Chief Financial Officer.
Sen has over 25 years of expertise in growing international finance operations in fast-growing enterprise technology companies. Before joining Responsive, he was the Group Vice President of Finance at PowerSchool, a well-known supplier of cloud-based software for K–12 education. PowerSchool was recently bought by Bain Capital in a $5.6 billion deal. Additionally, he held several jobs at Red Hat, including Vice President of Global Finance, where he oversaw teams in charge of global finance during IBM’s $34 billion acquisition of the company. Sen held finance roles at Sequent/IBM and EMC/Dell Technologies earlier in his career.
Sen will be in charge of creating and implementing financial plans to support Responsive’s growth and competitiveness in the SaaS market for Strategic Response Management (SRM).
