New Delhi: Centricity, an emerging tech-driven wealth management company, has successfully raised $20 million in seed funding. The round was led by Lightspeed, with participation from Paramark VC, the Burman Family Office, Shantanu Agarwal, and several notable angel investors including MS Dhoni’s family office.
The funding values Centricity at $125 million and will be allocated towards scaling its two primary platforms: Invictus and One Digital. The company plans to double its technology development team from 75 to over 150 employees, focusing on advancements in generative AI, insure-tech, and broking-tech. Centricity aims to broaden its service offerings in private banking and is also preparing for strategic acquisitions to accelerate growth. The investment will enable the company to enhance its technology infrastructure and expand its market presence.
Centricity’s platforms are designed to simplify financial portfolio management and improve accessibility for financial advisors and clients, particularly in tier 2 and tier 3 cities. This approach aligns with the company’s goal to democratize wealth management across India.
