San Francisco: Salesforce (NYSE: CRM) has launched Agentforce, a new suite of AI-powered agents designed to automate tasks across service, sales, marketing, and commerce. With Agentforce, companies can scale their operations quickly by deploying autonomous AI agents to handle customer service inquiries, qualify sales leads, and optimize marketing campaigns.
Agentforce’s AI agents can operate autonomously, making decisions and completing tasks without human intervention. Built on Salesforce’s new Atlas Reasoning Engine, these agents analyze data, generate action plans, and execute them in real time. The platform is customizable with low-code tools, enabling organizations to build and deploy agents tailored to specific business needs.
Companies like OpenTable, Saks, and Wiley already use Agentforce to improve efficiency. Wiley, for example, reported a 40% increase in case resolution since implementing the system. Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff described Agentforce as a “revolutionary” AI solution that enhances customer interactions while helping companies scale their workforce.
Agentforce is expected to be generally available by October 25, 2024, with additional features launching in early 2025. This marks Salesforce’s move towards AI-driven automation to boost productivity and customer satisfaction.
