Noida, June 8 (APAC Media): TVS Motor Company announced the launch of its premium retail channel TVS Paddock, a bespoke experience-led network aimed at redefining customer engagement and ownership in the high-end motorcycle segment.
The company said the new retail format will serve as an exclusive channel for its premium portfolio, integrating motorcycles, personalisation, merchandise, community engagement and ownership services under one ecosystem.
TVS Motor noted the initiative is designed to offer a “bespoke retail and ownership journey” through immersive customer experiences, specialised service capabilities and enhanced brand touchpoints across the lifecycle of ownership.
The rollout is expected to strengthen the company’s positioning in the fast-growing premium mobility segment.
According to the company, TVS Paddock reflects a broader shift in consumer expectations, particularly among affluent and aspirational buyers who increasingly seek lifestyle-orientated engagement, self-expression and customisation in addition to product performance.

The retail concept is rooted in TVS Motor’s decades-long motorsport heritage, which the company said has been instrumental in shaping the engineering excellence, performance capabilities and innovation that underpin its premium motorcycle portfolio.
According to TVS, its motorsport heritage continues to serve as a key driver of product innovation and customer experience strategies across its premium motorcycle portfolio.
“TVS Paddock is our strategic commitment to redefining premium ownership by bringing together innovation, personalisation, and immersive engagement to build deeper customer connections. The future of premium motorcycling will be defined by the experiences, communities, and ecosystems we create around them. As premium motorcycle customers continue to evolve, seeking deeper, meaningful and holistic engagement, TVS Paddock will cater to these aspirations and deliver a truly elevated brand experience,” Sudarshan Venu, chairman of TVS Motor Company, said.
