New Delhi, July 3(APAC Media): Samsung has started teasing its next-generation foldable smartphones ahead of their expected launch later this month. The latest teasers, combined with leaked images of official accessories, have revealed new details about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 lineup, giving an early look at its design and possible colour options.
Galaxy Z Fold 8 Design Leaks
Samsung’s teaser campaign uses the tagline “New Shape, New Joy,” suggesting a noticeable design update for the Galaxy Z Fold 8. The promotional material also briefly shows a wallpaper featuring the number “8” and highlights colour options including purple, pink, and gold, indicating what buyers may see at launch.
At the same time, leaked images of official Samsung cases have surfaced online, showing the Galaxy Z Fold 8, Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra, and Galaxy Z Flip 8. The images provide a clearer look at the phones inside the cases and point to changes across the foldable lineup.
The standard Galaxy Z Fold 8 appears wider than previous Fold models and is shown with a dual rear camera setup and a punch-hole front camera. The Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra retains a taller form factor and features a triple-camera system, while the Galaxy Z Flip 8 continues with its familiar clamshell design and dual rear cameras.
The leaked accessories also suggest Samsung will offer several official case options, including kickstand covers, aramid-fibre-style finishes, and solid colour variants in white, purple, and dark grey. Some playful case designs have also appeared in the leaks.
Samsung has not confirmed the launch date, but multiple reports indicate the new foldable smartphones could debut on July 22. Until then, the company is expected to continue releasing teasers as it builds anticipation for its next Galaxy foldable lineup.
