WeWork India Bengaluru Expansion
The Bengaluru centre spans around 1.7 lakh sq. ft. and offers more than 3,100 desks. Located near Singayyanapalya Metro Station, the facility is aimed at larger companies and enterprise teams operating in Whitefield.
The latest opening takes WeWork India’s Bengaluru portfolio to 30 centres, covering 3.3 million sq. ft. and more than 51,700 desks as of Q1 FY27.
WeWork India Pune Expansion
In Pune, the new Millennium Towers centre covers around 55,000 sq. ft. and provides about 1,400 desks. The Wakad location sits between the Hinjewadi employment hub and the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, giving companies access to both residential and commercial catchments.
WeWork India already operates eight centres in Pune, covering 0.8 million sq. ft. and 14,400 desks as of Q1 FY27. The company has also leased nearly 1.8 lakh sq. ft. in the same Millennium Towers property to enterprise clients through its managed office business.
The expansion comes as companies continue to use flexible workspaces for enterprise teams, GCCs and growing businesses. WeWork India currently operates across eight Indian cities with more than 1.33 lakh desks.
