IndiGo will provide hassle-free payment experience for customers with this partnership at all touchpoints, including in-flight, ground services, and even digital platforms like their website and mobile app. With the help of the new payment orchestrator, customers of IndiGo will be able effortlessly complete their bookings in a seamless and secure manner.
IndiGo now has a smooth interface with its existing payment gateways thanks to Juspay’s Express Checkout offering. Juspay’s automated routing setup ensures that customers always have access to an operational payment gateway for timely transaction processing. With this development, IndiGo will now be able to manage payment operations, such as adding numerous payment gateways, handling transaction routing rules, and managing refunds and reconciliations, with ease thanks to Juspay’s analytics engine, which also collects and presents a thorough view of payment performance through an intuitive dashboard.
