Chennai: IT services firm Cognizant and Microsoft have collaborated to speed up the adoption of generative AI across enterprises. This collaboration is a significant step toward using advanced technology to transform how businesses work.
As part of the deal, Cognizant has bought 25,000 Microsoft 365 Copilot seats for its associates, along with 500 Sales Copilot seats and 500 Services Copilot seats. These tools aim to increase productivity, simplify processes, and improve customer satisfaction within the company.
Additionally, Cognizant plans to roll out Microsoft 365 Copilot to one million users across its global client base in over 11 industries. So far, 35,000 developers have been trained on GitHub Copilot through its Synapse skilling program, and another 40,000 are scheduled for training.
