Chennai: Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) has named Arun Neelakantan as the Executive Director of Customer Development. He is currently the Chief Digital Officer of HUL and is replacing Kedar Lele. Neelakantan appointment will be effective from July 1, 2024.
Starting in 2006 as a Key Account Manager in HUL Modern Trade, Neelakantan led teams in Customer Development and Marketing across General Trade, Modern Trade, Customer Marketing, and Brand Building, and also served as the Regional Manager of HUL’s largest branch in Chennai. He has a Bachelor’s degree from IIT Madras, a Master’s from Penn State University, and an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB).
