Bengaluru: Rakuten India, an advanced technology and innovation company, has appointed Jay Swamidass as the Vice President (VP) and Global Head of Sales. The appointment is a part of the company’s efforts to expand its global footprint and improve its software offerings.
With an experience of over two decades in enterprise software sales, Jay Swamidass has held several key leadership positions at Hewlett Packard, Commvault Systems, Veeam Software, and most recently Apica. In his new role, Jay will drive the sales strategy for Rakuten SixthSense and focus on delivering innovative solutions for enterprise customers.
