Bengaluru: Kapture CX, a customer experience (CX) automation platform in India, has partnered with Google Cloud to enhance its AI-powered solutions across various industries. The collaboration includes onboarding Kapture CX’s software onto the Google Cloud Marketplace, enabling businesses to integrate AI-driven customer service tools.
As digital transformation continues, sectors like retail and BFSI are increasingly adopting advanced CX technologies. Kapture CX’s platform leverages Google’s Dialogflow CX and Contact Center AI (CCAI) to improve customer interactions. The integration aims to offer more personalized, secure, and efficient customer service through virtual agents and automated support systems.
According to Gaurav Juneja, CRO of Kapture CX, this partnership is a step toward optimizing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the platform allows brands to manage customer interactions across multiple channels, including web and messaging, through an omnichannel approach.
Bikram Singh Bedi, VP at Google Cloud India, emphasized that Kapture CX is leveraging Google’s AI capabilities to address the evolving needs of businesses. The integration is expected to help organizations scale their customer support operations more effectively.
