Infosys Finacle Rolls Out New AI Tools to Help Banks Go Digital Faster

Bengaluru: Infosys Finacle, part of EdgeVerve Systems under Infosys, has launched the Finacle Data and AI Suite, a new set of tools aimed at helping banks adopt AI smoothly across their operations. The suite, which is part of Infosys’s Topaz program, includes three components: a data platform, an AI platform, and generative AI tools.

These tools are designed to make it easier for banks to build AI-driven solutions without heavy coding, helping them enhance customer experience, manage risk, and make quicker data-backed decisions. The suite is powered by Microsoft Azure and Azure OpenAI, bringing in Microsoft’s support for large-scale AI applications in banking.

Sajit Vijayakumar, Chief Business Officer at Infosys Finacle, highlighted that the new suite lets banks harness their data effectively to drive personalized solutions and boost growth. With AI shaping banking’s future, this launch aims to make digital transformation simpler and more accessible for banks looking to stay ahead.
