Wipro Partners Microsoft and SAP to Make Cloud Migration Cheaper

Bengaluru: Wipro has teamed up with Microsoft and SAP to help businesses shift to SAP’s cloud platform, RISE with SAP, on Microsoft Cloud with minimal costs. The partnership offers a clear roadmap and cost-cutting incentives for organizations moving from on-premises SAP systems, especially as SAP plans to end support for some of these systems by 2027.

This collaboration combines Microsoft’s cloud infrastructure, SAP’s cloud software, and Wipro’s experience in digital transitions to simplify the migration process. Businesses moving to SAP’s S/4HANA Cloud will receive guidance on maintaining operations with fewer disruptions and controlling expenses during the shift.

Wipro’s Global SAP Practice Leader Srinivas Sai Nidadhavolu said the joint effort aims to help clients smoothly transform into cloud-based enterprises. SAP and Microsoft leaders echoed the sentiment, highlighting the importance of secure, scalable solutions for businesses ready to modernize their ERP systems.
