Bihani, a Chartered Accountant, has been with Pepperfry for six years, previously serving as Vice President – Finance and Finance Controller. In these roles, he played a key part in driving financial efficiency and improving operational performance. His work included leading cost optimization measures and implementing streamlined financial processes, contributing to the company’s operational resilience.
Before Pepperfry, Bihani held leadership roles at Kraft Heinz, where he managed financial compliance, cost control, and treasury operations. He began his career at Mahajan & Aibara, gaining expertise in audits and risk management. These roles have helped him develop a well-rounded understanding of financial systems and organizational strategy.
As CFO, Bihani will oversee Pepperfry’s financial strategies with a focus on improving profitability and aligning operations with long-term growth objectives. His immediate priorities are expected to include addressing rising competition in the online home decor market and ensuring fiscal discipline amidst market uncertainties.
