He was also associated with Hero MotoCorp Ltd for 8 years in various capacities including head of digital transformation, Assistant General Manager, and Senior Manager. During his tenure, he led digital transformation projects across R&D, manufacturing, and enterprise applications. He received multiple awards for his contributions to the organization including a Hero Achiever Award for saving costs and starting digital manufacturing projects recognized at the national level. Early in his career, he served in roles such as Regional Technical Manager (North and East) at Tata Technologies and Analyst at Dassault Systemes.

What’s Ahead for Dhingra?

In his new role at Indira IVF, Dhingra has been tasked with the creation and execution of IT strategies (including Product, Data, Digital, and IT) with the support of other CXOs. He will also be responsible for Product Development (HIS) and Digital Transformation as well as furthering the cybersecurity and compliance strategies of the organization. Apart from this, Dhingra will be expected to ensure operational excellence in IT infrastructure including ERP, CRM, etc.
