Gold prices remained under pressure amid continued volatility in global markets, as geopolitical uncertainty surrounding stalled U.S.–Iran negotiations weighed on sentiment. Inflation concerns and expectations of a “higher-for-longer” interest rate regime also kept investor appetite subdued for the non-yielding asset.

At Tanishq, 22-carat gold was priced at Rs 141,950 per 10 gm, while 24-carat gold stood at Rs 154,850 per 10 gm. The 18-carat variant was quoted at Rs 116,140 per 10 gm.
Similarly, Joyalukkas priced 22-carat gold at Rs 141,500 per 10 gm.
Meanwhile, the Indian Bullion Jewellers Association (IBJA) released indicative retail selling rates for gold jewellery, with fine gold (999 purity) at Rs 15,150 per gm, 22-carat at Rs 14,786 per gm, 18-carat at Rs 12,271 per gm, and 14-carat at Rs 9,771 per gm.
