Noida, Apr 27 (APAC Media): Adani Total Gas Ltd on Monday reported a 9% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 168 crore for the March quarter, compared with Rs 154 crore in the corresponding period of the prior year.
Revenue from operations rose 16% year-on-year to Rs 1,696 crore in the March quarter, compared with Rs 1,453 crore in the same period a year ago, the company said.
Profit after tax (PAT) rose 6% sequentially to Rs 159 crore in Q4 FY26, compared with the previous quarter, while revenue increased 3.4% quarter-on-quarter to Rs 1,639 crore in the October–December period of FY26.
EBITDA came in at Rs 310 crore in Q4FY26, up 13% from Rs 274 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.
“ATGL delivered strong double-digit growth in volumes and revenues, supported by operational excellence, digital enablement and steady EBITDA expansion, despite geopolitical disruptions and elevated LNG prices. Our diversified sourcing strategy ensured uninterrupted gas supply and system stability while we continued to scale clean energy infrastructure across CNG, PNG and e-mobility,” said Suresh P. Manglani, CEO & ED, ATGL.
Natural gas costs increased 18% year-on-year to Rs 1,199 crore in the quarter under review, compared with Rs 1,015 crore in the year-ago period, impacted by lower allocation of APM gas to the CNG segment, higher Henry Hub prices and firmer spot prices amid geopolitical tensions.
During the quarter, APM gas allocation for the CNG segment declined to 36% from 41% in the previous quarter, with the balance met through existing contracts and spot procurement.
“Aligned with India’s vision to raise natural gas to 15% of the energy mix by 2030, ATGL is well positioned to support the country’s transition towards a gas-based and cleaner energy economy, while strengthening ESG performance and expanding EV charging infrastructure,” he added.
Adani Total Gas Limited (ATGL), jointly promoted by the Adani Group and TotalEnergies, is a leading city gas distribution company in India focused on cleaner energy solutions. It operates a widespread network of CNG stations and supplies piped natural gas (PNG) to residential, industrial, and commercial customers.
