Ajmera brings more than 23 years of experience in IT management, digital transformation, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation. His expertise spans SAP S/4 HANA, Industry 4.0 technologies, IoT, AI, and robotics.
In his previous roles, Ajmera has held strategic IT leadership positions across various industries. Notably, he served as Head of IT and Digital at Shree Cement Ltd, Chief Digital Officer (CDO) and CIO at Birla Century, CIO at Chiripal Poly Films Ltd, CIO at Banswara Syntex Ltd, and Deputy Manager (IT) at J.K. Cement Ltd. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale IT projects in manufacturing, retail, and distribution sectors, implemented SAP S/4 HANA RISE modules for manufacturing, supply chain, and finance processes, and driven IT-enabled business innovation with expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), and system integration. Ajmera is also a Certified Prince2 Practitioner and a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), underscoring his commitment to excellence in IT governance and risk management.
Rockman Industries is renowned for its manufacturing capabilities in aluminum die-casting components, machined assemblies, and alloy wheels.
