Dr Hardip Baria has been named vice president of human resources at Gruner Renewable Energy. To support Gruner’s broader business goals, he will spearhead HR strategy, talent development, and cultural transformation in his new position.

Dr Baria was the general manager of administration and human resources at Omnitech Engineering Pvt Ltd before joining Gruner Renewable Energy.
In appreciation of his contributions to organizational development and human resources, Dr Baria received an honorary doctorate in human resources from Dunster Business School in Switzerland.
