New Delhi: Tech Mahindra has partnered with ServiceNow to introduce AI-driven broadband solutions for Communication Service Providers (CSPs).
The collaboration between Tech Mahindra and ServiceNow aims to modernize network operations, improve customer experience, and enhance service monetization.
AI and Automation to Streamline Network Operations
The partnership integrates Tech Mahindra’s netOps.now platform with ServiceNow’s Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) product suites. This system unifies key functions such as customer care, order management, and partner ecosystems. The solution also incorporates AI-driven analytics, Network-as-a-Service (NaaS), and cloud-native Open Source Software (OSS) systems, helping CSPs reduce operational costs and enhance efficiency.
Tech Mahindra claims the solution can improve operational efficiencies by up to 50 per cent, enabling faster broadband rollouts. With increasing pressure to modernize outdated network systems, this integration is expected to help CSPs scale services efficiently across rural, suburban, and urban markets.
Implementation in Germany Shows Efficiency Gains
The company recently deployed this solution for a leading FibreCo in Germany, demonstrating its impact on streamlining operations. The implementation consolidated 22 legacy systems into a single platform, reducing fiber rollout time by 20 per cent and minimizing order fallouts. The system also automated fulfillment processes and improved customer service management.

As broadband demand surges, the Tech Mahindra- ServiceNow partnership seeks to accelerate digital infrastructure development for CSPs worldwide. The collaboration focuses on reducing operational complexity and supporting next-generation broadband deployments, positioning both firms as key players in the sector’s digital transformation.
