New Delhi: Anuradha Das has been appointed as the Chief People Officer (CPO) of Jeh Aerospace, a firm that specialises in the precision manufacturing of aerospace and defence components, tools, and assemblies.
According to a statement released by the firm, “Anuradha will lead people operations at Jeh Aerospace, focusing on fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture.”
She will be in charge of building the organisation’s people and culture structure from the ground up, which will include learning and development, performance management, organisational design, leadership enablement, and talent acquisition. Das brings extensive knowledge of organisational design, inclusive leadership, and human resources to her new position, along with a track record of successfully forming people strategies at scale.
